Spectrum Research, Inc. is a recognized leader for design, inspection, and operation and maintenance (O&M) of subsurface sewage treatment systems (septic systems) in Minnesota since 2000. Spectrum, under the leadership of James C. Balogh, PSS, Ph.D., provides inspection, design, soil and site evaluation services and O&M for commercial and residential systems.   • Soil morphology as required by MPCA Rule 7081-82

  • Dispute resolution between regulators and system designer/inspector
